ABOUT
Hello, I’m Charlotte, the founder of Charlotte Olivia Designs!
I love to get to know all of my clients and I think it’s important that my clients can also relate to me and get to know my business and core values too. So here’s a little about myself!
After 8 years working with high end property in Sydney and then Mayfair, London, I decided to combine my in-depth building knowledge with my passion for interiors. I studied Interior Design whilst working full time in Sydney and actively started pursuing my dream when I moved back to the UK in 2020. My husband and I moved back mid pandemic and ready to fully embrace the storm and start a new chapter! We lived in the most adorable stone cottage in West Sussex whilst we got established and then moved into central London to have a bit of fun. I worked in Mayfair whilst my husband started his own Carpentry and Construction company (Jarrah Carpentry and Construction) in West Sussex,
We then had our beautiful daughter, Clementine, and moved out of London back to my routes, West Sussex where I started Charlotte Olivia Designs and took on a different pace of life. And I’m loving it!
From a young age, I have always had a passion for interiors and absolutely loved to explore and take inspiration from different homes, cultures, textiles and art along the way both in my home country or on my travels. You would find me snooping around different beautiful homes and historic sites in awe of the decor or endlessly flipping through design magazines and watching flipping houses shows! I knew that Interior Design and styling was my calling.
At Charlotte Olivia Designs, I strive to deliver elegant, unforgettable and sustainable designs that are reflective of my client lifestyles and personalities.

My focus is to be able provide a service and designs that are tailored to our clients individual needs and aspirations.
From large scale residential rebuilds, to small home renovations, remote consultations and advice, room staging and event styling, all projects no matter how big or small, will be executed with the same amount of authenticity, consistency and passion.
There is a lot more to interior design than you would think and this is where I come in to assist clients in overcoming the challenges that go with creating their dream space and home and deliver them a space that they truly fall in love with.

Charlotte Olivia Designs is a full-service Interior Design and Styling firm assisting clients from conception stage to completion. We focus on boutique commercial spaces, high end residential projects and upmarket and intimate events.
RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL
Our service takes your dream space from a dream to reality. We work with out clients from the conception stage to completion. This includes initial site meetings and survey, creating concepts and ideas, technical drawings, lighting plans, 3D visuals, sourcing soft furnishings, fixtures and furniture, consulting with architects and builders and styling your completed space prior to hand over. We aim to turn a vision into reality, a house into a home, a work space into a retreat and an event into a intimate and memorable experience.
STAGING
Sometimes a space needs a little extra love and attention in order to reach its full potential and to evoke a feeling of homeliness. Whatever the occasion may be, whether it be maximising a return on an investment or creating a beautiful backdrop for a photoshoot, we offer a bespoke styling and home staging service tailored to our clients desires.
EVENT STYLING & PROP HIRE
Event Styling
Who doesn't love a party? Fortunately, for those who prefer just to kick back and relax at the events and don't like to sweat the small stuff, we can take care of all of the styling needs for your event. Whether it be an intimate dinner party, a special birthday, a lively hen do or a large scale event such as a wedding, we can create a space that reflects your personality and vision and gives careful consideration to lighting, décor, functionality and ambience. We have a variety of props readily available for hire, source something unique or bespoke or work with your preferred supplier.

Prop Hire

Got the planning and vision under control but just need the props to bring it to life?
We have a range of prop and décor for hire including bars, lighting, seating plans, churns and vases, fun ice buckets, lawn games, signs, crates, picnic tables, benches, rugs and cushions.
We offer bespoke packages suited to your needs and can deliver and collect the items before and after your event!
